2.It was a horrible thing to do in the first place, but since you're already in this situation. YOu should tell him the truth, and tell him the whole story. If you want to continue this relationship, honesty is the best thing to get you through.
3.I'm willing to bet that no matter what you read here or hear from your friends, you will lie anyway. You had no right to keep this information; you must not care for him as you claim.
4.Considering how stupid, irresponsible and dangerous your actions are of course you have to say something to him! You're messing with his health for chrissakes! I swear, if you tell me that you love him I'll blow a gasket....to be clear: you've had sex with him for 3 years. He has a right to know that the girlfriend he trusted may have given him an STD.
